TerraNova Exports (“TerraNova”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is a business-to-business agricultural exporter operating the website terranovaexports.global (the “Site”). This Privacy Notice explains what information we collect through the Site, why we collect it, and the controls you have over it.

We are the data controller for information collected through the Site. You can reach us at contact@terranovaexports.global or by post at Roorkee, Uttarakhand 247667, India.

We only collect what we need to respond to trade enquiries and improve the Site.

A. Information you give us in the quote form

• Full name and company name
• Country
• Email and (optionally) phone or WhatsApp number
• The product category you are interested in
• Any details you type into the message field

B. Technical information (only with your consent)

If you accept our cookie banner, we log lightweight, aggregate visit analytics: the page you viewed, the referring URL, your approximate country (from your IP), a truncated IP address and your browser user-agent. If you decline, we do not log these visits.

C. Information collected automatically at the server

When you submit the quote form we record your IP address and user-agent alongside the enquiry. This is a legitimate-interest security measure used to prevent spam and abuse — see “Legal basis” below. We do not use this for advertising or profiling.

We do not collect payment details, government IDs, health data, biometric data, or any information relating to children. The Site is intended for business users; it is not directed at anyone under 18.

• To reply to your enquiry with pricing, MOQ, packaging and lead times.
• To maintain a record of the commercial conversation and any resulting purchase order.
• To protect the Site from spam, abuse and fraud.
• To understand — in aggregate — which pages are useful, so we can improve the Site.

• Consent — for optional analytics cookies and for storing information you voluntarily enter into the quote form.
• Legitimate interest — for basic security logging (IP, user-agent) tied to a form submission, and for responding to your enquiry.
• Legal obligation — where we must retain commercial records for tax, customs or audit purposes.

The Site uses one small cookie/localStorage entry called tn_consent purely to remember your choice on the cookie banner. Analytics visit logging only runs after you press Accept.

If you decline, we will not log page visits, referrers, country or your IP for analytics. You can change your choice at any time by clearing site data in your browser.

We do not use any third-party advertising, tracking or profiling cookies. There are no Facebook Pixels, Google Ads tags, or session replay tools on this Site.

We do not sell or rent your information. We share only with:

• Infrastructure providers that host the Site and its database (bound by data-processing terms).
• Email delivery so that your enquiry reaches our sales inbox.
• Legal authorities, only when we are required by valid law or to protect our legal rights.

• Quote enquiries: up to 36 months from last commercial contact.
• Anonymised visit analytics: up to 24 months.
• Commercial records tied to an actual order: as required by applicable tax and customs law.

Depending on where you live, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email contact@terranovaexports.global from the address you used to contact us. We will respond within 30 days.

Traffic to and from the Site is encrypted with TLS. Access to the enquiry database is limited to authenticated staff on our admin panel. No system is perfectly secure, so we recommend not sending confidential contract terms through the public form.

We may update this notice as our Site evolves. The “effective date” at the top will change; material changes will be highlighted on the Site for a reasonable period.
